It's kind of sad when you think you know someone, but it turns out you really don't. An Artist (Who has a Deviant account) whom I had commissioned several pieces from in the past accepted my money for two ebay commissions on September 1st 2008.  After 6 months passed with one message saying he was getting to them, he stopped all communication with me & hasn't responded to any of my messages ever since. I found out that I can't get my money back from Paypal or even leave negative feedback to his account because I allowed to much time to pass after the original transaction.  I guess what really ticks me off is that I trusted him enough to let i
